Customer Review: Not happy wiith a changed of replacement with less candle power

I received a defective -new 3-miillion Candle Power Rechargeble Vector Spot light, it was found to be DEFECTIVE NEW ..I Was instructed rather than returning it. to rid of it for a same replacement to throu it away and a new replacement would again be sent ...That it was more than likely a unit that sat in storeage too long and the batteries went bad and to replace them was too labor intensive than to re-send a 2nd time another 3 million CP Vector Spot Light would be in order at no extra charge ...As instructed I got rid of the 1st unit being defective new and found myself receiving a Black & Decker Single Beam 1 Million beam CP insted much less illumination capability than what I had purchased and I am very unhappy with the total disregard for my unsucessfull plea to have the correct exact replacement only to receive one of lesser POWER Capability and no adavancd correspondance to state why the change to a lesser effective out of door lower candle power Spot light. So I had been sent as a replacement Black & Decker insted, without even making even a courtesy adjstmet for the price I paid for the original Hiher end lamp!!!??? I wanted the Vetor 3-Million Candle Power /w the Twin L.E.D Lamps as an exact replacement as what was told I could expect, insted I received a lower grade unit not even from Vector that is much lesser in Candle Power- I am not happy as this was my first experiance working through Amazon.com for the shoping experiance! they Said they had another one of the 3-Million dual beam Candle Power Vector Spot Lights still available NO I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE LACK OF COMMUNICATIONS and THE SWItCH out done behind my expectations to what was told to me-
